Queary-Marks Family

Alice Queary was the first born to Andrew and Georgia Queary and the eldest in the Queary-Marks family.

Joe Luther Queary was the 3rd child born to the union of Andrew and Georgia Queary in Nevada County. He was the 3rd child in the union of Barton and Georgia Marks.

Willie Robert Marks was the 2nd child born to trhe union of Barton and Georgia Marks. However, he was the 6th child in the Queary-Marks family.

Oscar Marks was the 3rd born to the union of Barton Marks and Gerogia Steele-Queary. He was the 7th child of the Queary-Marks family.

Rosie Beulah Marks-Wardlaw was the 5th born to Barton Marks and Georgia Queary-Marks. However, Beulah was the 9th child of the Queary-Marks family. In the 1910 census, she was listed as being 7 years old with a birthdate of September 29, 1903.

Katie Queary-Joe was the 4th born to Andrew and Georgia Steele-Queary. she also was the 4th child of the Queary-Marks Family.

Corrie Marks-Banks was the 1st born to the union of Barton Marks and Georgia Steele-Queary. However, she was the 5th child of the Queary-Marks family.

Marshall Gardner Marks was the 4th child born to Barton and Georgia Marks in 1901 in Chidster, Arkansas. However, he was the 8th child in the Queary - Marks family.

Dallas Lee Marks was the 6th born to the union of Barton Marks and Georgia Steele-Queary. However, hwe was the 10th child of the Queary-Marks Family.

Very little was known about Sim Queary. Various records has the name changed. However, our family will always keep their birthday straight. Based on the 1900 Census, he should have been born approximately in 1892. Most of the 1890 Census Records were destroyed. In the year 1900, Sim was enumerated in the census as being the son of Barton Marks and Georgia Ann Marks located in the Union Township of Nevada County However, we can reasonably validate him as Queary, along with his sisters Alice, Katie Queary, and brother Joe Luther. Sim was listed as being of 12 years of age at the time. We were unable to determine if he was enumerated in 1910.
